Services
Finding the right path for your mental health can be a journey, and we're here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Our personalized therapy services are designed to listen, understand, and support you in creating a balanced and fulfilling life.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one session with Dr. Hayley Johnson to address challenges and focus on personal goals. Therapy is hard! The goal is to make the session a safe environment to openly share thoughts, emotions, and actions and make you feel understood, challenged, and cared about.
The first session will be a 60 minute intake appointment where the focus will be getting to know each other and establishing collaborative goals. Intake sessions will be $300.
Individual sessions following the initial session will be 50 minutes and $250.
Group Therapy
The DBT skills group provides training and education on the four modules of DBT — Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. Each of the four modules is 8-12 weeks long.
Groups run for 90 minutes and are $80.
Consultation and Supervision
Consultation services provide insight and guidance in specialty areas, like eating disorders and trauma, for other professionals and organizations. Consultation services are generally as needed and can occur for 30 or 50 minutes.
Supervision allows one-on-one review of cases for other therapists. The space allows for client- or consultee-centered support and guidance. Supervision is typically weekly for 50 minutes.

Person-Centered Therapy
Person-Centered Therapy views the creation of an optimal therapeutic relationship as central to success. To facilitate an environment that promotes personal growth, as the therapist I will approach the therapeutic relationship with genuineness, empathy, unconditional positive regard, and more.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that targets unhealthy patterns of behavior and promotes managing difficult emotions, tolerating distress and/or effectively engaging in relationships. DBT helps individuals learn coping skills to better manage emotional conflict and change behaviors. DBT is especially helpful to learn to tolerate distressing feelings and situations without engaging with urges that may make the situation worse.
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an evidence-based therapy that combine acceptance and mindfulness strategies with behavior change to promote psychological flexibility. ACT aims to change our viewpoint of difficult thoughts and feelings away from labeling them as symptoms to viewing them as uncomfortable, but harmless, inner experiences.

Trauma-Informed Care
Trauma-informed care is an approach that recognizes the impact that trauma can have on emotional, physical, and mental health. Despite where the trauma originated, trauma-informed care focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment to work through and process events at your pace.
-
Eating Disorder Treatment
Eating disorders are complex and often secretive disorders. I utilize effective and evidence-based therapies to work with you to help manage and alleviate the noise that accompanies thoughts related to food and body image. We will work together to challenge myths and stereotypes around food and body image, as well as work to increase self-acceptance through a health at every size (HAES) mindset.
-
Relational Therapy
Relational Therapy acknowledges that an increase in emotions often comes from conflict and/or struggles in relationships. This form of therapy looks at improving the quality of relationships with yourself an others in your life, including romantic, familial, and platonic relationships. Relation therapy helps understand how these varying relationships impact how you interact with yourself, others, and your surroundings.
